• Reviewing disputes based on available tracking information and communication records
• Taking action on accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or other policy violations
• Supporting refund and return processes in accordance with the Product Trial & Return Policy

Trade Saddles is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including actions or omissions by independent sellers, buyers, carriers, or third-party service providers, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
