Shipping Costs

For the time being, Trade Saddles uses flat-rate shipping for eligible orders. The applicable shipping rate is displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct before completing an order.
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the provided address are considered successfully delivered.
• Buyers may be responsible for additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for complying with the shipping requirements applicable to their listings.

• Ship orders within the required timeframe.
• Package items securely.
• Upload valid tracking information.
• Use approved shipping carriers.
• Ensure the item is shipped to the correct address provided with the order.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Platform Role & Buyer Protection

Trade Saddles operates a secure online marketplace and provides secure payment protection for transactions conducted through the platform.

Payments are held by Trade Saddles and released to sellers after delivery confirmation or trial completion, where applicable.

Trade Saddles may assist with dispute resolution when necessary in accordance with the applicable marketplace policies.
