Prohibited Products

Counterfeit, fake, replica, or unauthorized products that are presented as genuine branded products are prohibited.

Sellers must accurately identify the manufacturer, brand, and nature of a product where such information is relevant.

Products that are stolen, unlawfully obtained, or offered without the seller having the legal authority to sell them are prohibited.

Products that create an unacceptable safety risk or are prohibited under applicable law may not be listed.

This includes dangerous goods or products whose sale through the marketplace would create significant safety, legal, or regulatory concerns.

Products that cannot lawfully be sold, distributed, imported, exported, or possessed under applicable laws are prohibited.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Products or services intended to facilitate fraud, deception, unauthorized access, identity misuse, or other dishonest conduct are prohibited.

Listings must accurately describe what the buyer will receive.

• No materially false product descriptions.
• No misleading photographs.
• No false claims about condition, authenticity, origin, or performance.
• No deceptive pricing or availability information.
• No products presented in a way that could reasonably mislead buyers.

Products or listing content that is abusive, exploitative, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate for the Trade Saddles marketplace may be removed.

Trade Saddles does not permit products connected to animal abuse, illegal wildlife activity, endangered species trafficking, or other unlawful animal-related activity.

Products that create serious animal welfare or legal concerns may be rejected or removed.

Sellers may not list products or content that knowingly infringe another party's intellectual property rights.

Trade Saddles may restrict products that are incompatible with the marketplace, difficult to ship safely, legally restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

Trade Saddles may review listings and take appropriate action when a product appears to violate this policy or creates a safety, legal, or marketplace-integrity concern.

• Remove or reject listings.
• Request additional information or documentation.
• Restrict seller listing privileges.
• Hold applicable transactions or payouts where permitted.
• Suspend or terminate seller accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Trade Saddles may update this policy as marketplace operations, safety standards, laws, or platform requirements change.
