Seller Code of Conduct

Seller Responsibilities

All sellers must:

• Sell only genuine, authentic, and legally permitted products.
• Avoid listing stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Ship orders within the required timeframe.
• Treat buyers with honesty and professionalism.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Post false or misleading product information.
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Impersonate other users.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

Enforcement

Trade Saddles may review seller activity and take appropriate action to maintain marketplace integrity.

This may include:

• Requesting clarification or documentation.
• Temporarily restricting listings or accounts.
• Suspending accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.

All enforcement actions are carried out in accordance with Trade Saddles' published policies.
