01 Trade Saddles Platform Content

All Trade Saddles platform content, including the Trade Saddles name, logo, website design, software, branding, original text, graphics, and other platform materials, is owned by Trade Saddles or used under applicable rights or permissions.

Except where permitted by law or with written permission from the applicable rights holder, platform content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or reused in a manner that infringes applicable intellectual property rights.

02 Seller Content

Sellers retain ownership of the original product images, descriptions, and other content they lawfully upload to Trade Saddles, subject to any rights of third parties and applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or business.

03 License to Use Seller Content

By listing products on Trade Saddles, sellers grant Trade Saddles a non-exclusive, limited license to use the content they submit solely as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Trade Saddles marketplace.

This may include:

• Displaying product listings on the Trade Saddles website
• Operating, maintaining, and improving the marketplace
• Marketing and promotional activities related to Trade Saddles services

This license applies for the period during which the relevant content is available on the Trade Saddles platform and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary to complete transactions, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

04 Content Usage

Trade Saddles does not claim ownership of seller content merely because that content is uploaded or displayed on the platform.

Trade Saddles uses seller content for purposes connected to operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting its marketplace services and does not intentionally use seller materials for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.

05 Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe that content available through Trade Saddles infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the material and explain the basis of your concern.

Trade Saddles may review reported content and take appropriate action, including restricting or removing content where required by applicable law or Trade Saddles policies.
