Seller Policy

Sellers must meet Trade Saddles account and marketplace requirements before listing products.

Trade Saddles may require additional information or verification before allowing a seller to list products, receive payouts, or continue marketplace activity.

Sellers must provide truthful, current, and complete information.

• Legal or business name, where applicable.
• Current contact information.
• Accurate business and address information.
• Accurate payment and payout information.
• Any information reasonably required for seller verification.

Every product listing must accurately represent the product being offered.

• Use accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications, and condition information.
• Clearly disclose material defects or relevant limitations.
• Use accurate pricing and availability information.
• Do not use misleading claims, fake scarcity, or deceptive descriptions.
• Do not list prohibited products.

Sellers must have the legal right and authority to sell products they list.

Sellers must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegally obtained, or otherwise unauthorized products. Trade Saddles may request documentation supporting ownership, authenticity, or authorization where appropriate.

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate prices and availability.

A seller must update or remove a listing when the product is no longer available. Sellers must not intentionally advertise a product at an inaccurate price or availability status.

Sellers must fulfill accepted orders in accordance with the Trade Saddles Shipping Policy.

Sellers are expected to package products securely, use approved shipping methods where required, provide valid tracking when applicable, and process orders within the required timeframe.

Sellers must cooperate with applicable returns, refunds, and product trials under the Trade Saddles Product Trial & Return Policy.

Sellers must not improperly refuse an approved return or attempt to impose conditions that conflict with the applicable Trade Saddles policy.

Sellers must communicate honestly and professionally with buyers.

• Do not request unauthorized off-platform payments.
• Do not provide false or misleading information.
• Do not pressure buyers to bypass Trade Saddles procedures.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse buyers.
• Respond to reasonable transaction-related questions in a timely manner.

Sellers must not manipulate ratings or reviews. This includes creating fake accounts, submitting false reviews, requesting misleading reviews, or attempting to improperly influence marketplace ratings.

Seller fees, payment processing, payouts, holds, refunds, and payment-related procedures are governed by the Trade Saddles Payment Policy and any applicable seller agreement or marketplace terms.

Trade Saddles may take action when a seller violates this policy or creates a risk to customers or marketplace integrity.

• Request additional documentation.
• Remove or restrict listings.
• Restrict seller functions.
• Hold applicable payouts where permitted.
• Suspend or terminate seller accounts.

Trade Saddles may update this Seller Policy to reflect operational, legal, security, or marketplace changes.
