Trade Saddles may verify sellers to establish accurate seller information, reduce fraud, support secure transactions, protect buyers and sellers, and comply with applicable legal or marketplace requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, Trade Saddles may request information such as:

• Legal name or business name.
• Email address and telephone number.
• Business or residential address.
• Government-issued identification.
• Business registration information.
• Payment or payout information.
• Tax-related information where applicable.
• Documents demonstrating ownership or authorization to sell products.

Sellers must provide complete, accurate, and current information during verification.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in verification failure, account restrictions, or other enforcement action.

Verification may involve reviewing information provided directly by the seller and, where appropriate, information obtained through authorized third-party service providers.

Trade Saddles may request additional information if the initial information is insufficient or requires clarification.

Verification information is handled in accordance with applicable Trade Saddles privacy and security practices.

Where third-party verification or payment service providers are used, information may be processed by those providers for the relevant verification, security, or transaction purpose.

Verification may result in approval, a request for additional information, or a restriction on seller activity.

Trade Saddles may consider identity information, account information, transaction information, documentation, and other relevant factors when conducting a review.

Trade Saddles may request documentation relating to a product's ownership, authenticity, source, or authorization to sell.

Such a request does not mean that Trade Saddles has independently inspected every product listed by a seller.

A seller who does not complete required verification may have certain marketplace functions restricted.

• Listing or publishing restrictions.
• Transaction restrictions.
• Payout holds or restrictions where permitted.
• Restrictions on seller account functions.
• Suspension or termination where appropriate.

Seller verification does not mean that Trade Saddles endorses, inspects, authenticates, guarantees, or independently verifies every product offered by a seller.

Buyers should continue to review product listings, descriptions, photographs, condition information, and applicable policies before purchasing.

Sellers must keep their account, business, contact, payment, and other relevant information current.

Material changes may require additional verification.

Trade Saddles may restrict, suspend, or terminate seller activity where verification reveals material inaccuracies, suspected fraud, identity concerns, unlawful conduct, or serious policy violations.

Where legally required or appropriate, serious fraudulent activity may be referred to relevant authorities or service providers.

Trade Saddles may update this Seller Verification Policy to reflect changes in verification procedures, payment systems, security practices, legal requirements, or marketplace operations.
